Quiz not showing for some participants

I recently shared a quiz with a group and 3 out of 9 people couldn't see it. I tried relaunching it but it made no difference. The other 6 were able to complete it. Any ideas why this might have happened?

Can you confirm if users who cannot participate meet these requirements? 🙏

 

  • Prerequisites for advanced polling and quizzes for meetings
    Host user type must be Licensed
    Meeting advanced polling and quizzes enabled
    Zoom desktop client
    Windows: version 5.8.3 or higher
    macOS: version 5.8.3 or higher
    Linux: version 5.8.3 or higher
    Zoom mobile app*
    Android: version 5.8.3 or higher
    iOS: version 5.8.3 or higher
    Zoom Rooms version 5.12.0 or higher
    The limitations of polling in Zoom Rooms differ from other platforms, please see our article.
    Web client
    The meeting must be either a scheduled meeting, or an instant meeting using your Personal Meeting ID
    *Note: Users on the iOS or Android mobile app can participant in polling, but hosts need to be using the desktop client to manage polling.

Hi David

I didn't have time to explore what software platforms people were using as it would have delayed things too much, but I'm guessing that was the issue, since all the criteria were met at my end. I'm forewarned for next time and have developed a workaround. Thanks for your help.
