Query for the Account type Pro (Named Host) over 15 July 2022 changes

I have a Pro (Named Host) account. it was converted from free basic account to Pro by connecting the another Pro account(See Attachment). I use it frequently for Group meetings. As far as I know, they have only zoom basic accounts.
Recently I missed a meeting, I asked another attendees to start the meeting in my absence and claim the host privilege by using my host key.
I understand from the announcement that when a basic user creates a meeting of more than two people, there is a duration limit of 40 minutes.
It is not clear if this applies only to their own meetings, or if it also applies to meetings of a licensed that they initiate.
On one hand it would seem that any of the meetings that I create can run longer than 40 minutes, so does that limit change if a basic user starts the meeting, or is it still an unlimited duration meeting because it belongs to a licensed user.

I'd be grateful for any comments anyone may have on this.

The 40 minute restriction is attached to the meeting, which is attached to the user that created the meeting.

If a Basic account created the meeting; the restriction does apply, regardless of who starts it or who takes on Host afterwards.

If a Pro (or higher) account created the meeting, the 40 minute restriction does not apply, regardless of who starts it or who takes on Host afterwards.

Thanks for this question. I am a pro account holder and host a morning meeting. Our Chair person comes in and claims host. I don't know what level account most are on as they change monthly so the idea of the 40 minute limit has got us confused and a little scared.
