Previous meetings disappearing from my list

SMR11
Listener

I have discovered about four times now that previous meeting links (that I keep and reuse with clients, and are therefore 'active' and used again within 30 or 365 days) sometimes suddenly disappear off my previous meetings list. It has just happened again today. There are no 'deleted meetings' listed, as I have not deleted them.

It is challenging when I'm just about to open a previous meeting, to discover I can't find it, and then have to create a new meeting and email this to the client right when we're meant to be starting.

Can anyone help me with this? I would appreciate it. Thank you. I have read the info/links here with related questions.

Hi @SMR11

Are you able to use https://zoom.us/meeting#/previous  and expand the date range to include the first occurrence of a missing meeting? If you then see the meeting, can you Edit the meeting and change the Start date to something more recent?

A shortcut to this can be to edit this URL with your Meeting ID to bring up the Edit page - then do the same thing.

Thanks Rupert. I'm not sure if you received my original reply, asking where to find the date range... and then I accidentally agreed it was a solution...      I have found that if I go into the original links (after initial meetings with a set date/time) and change to 'recurring' with 'no fixed time', that this is probably going to be the answer. Would you agree?
