Pre-Recorded Zoom Call Not Playing On My Laptop

I'm having an issue where I am unable to play a pre-recorded Zoom call on my laptop. I have tried it on another device (mobile phone) which works fine as well as on another colleagues laptop, which also works fine. 

 

I've tested on multiple browsers too, but still freezes to the point where it's unviewable. 

 

Are there any suggestions as to what it might be? 

 

What I've tried:

- On a mobile (works fine)

- On another laptop (works fine)

- In incognito mode on my laptop (still having an issue)

Make sure your computer is using the right speakers or headphones
Left-click the speaker icon.
Click the arrow.
Select your preferred playback device.
Make sure your correct playback device is selected.

Thanks Rachel, it's more so the video glitching too, not just sound. Is there anything else I can try?
