Participants unable to join meeting

I have started a meeting and my employee, when trying to log in, "just gets a "waiting" symbol on a loop and it won't let her in. 

 

Please help fix.

Depending on the device the user is on (PC, MAC) this could be a network issue, or a waiting room issue. If you have a waiting room, then you can remove this option or allow the user in. If the user is continuing to get a "waiting" symbol, I would advise uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom, possibly rebooting, and seeing if that assists. I hope this helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.
