Participant volume not on

My zoom as been working perfectly until today. I am unable to hear my participants although they are able to hear me. Is there a setting I should be using to correct this?

Mine is doing the exact opposite.  I can hear everyone and see them, but they can't hear me.  Sounds like related problem.  I reloaded and everything and still can't get it to correct.
