Paid account blocked with no explanation (Referencing ticket # 14358470)

Anyone else experiencing this crazy behavior from zoom? My paid account has been blocked for more than 2 weeks with 0 explanations given other than violations of terms of service. I've already had an incorrectly reported violation by a host reversed 2 weeks prior to that and I can't believe I have to go through this again. 

 

I run a small consulting firm and I have multiple team members depending on this account and I think I'm still being charged for this. Isn't this a violation of some type of customer protections rules in California? Charging someone for services that you are not delivering? Anyone with any experience dealing with this?
