Others can see my video, I cannot see their, but I can on different computer


I do not understand what happened, 3 weeks before everything was working, then, out of nowhere I cannot see other video on my computer. All I see is a green screen. It works fine on other computers. Tried reinstalling the zoom, but did not help. Please see the screen shot. If someone have any information or suggestions regarding the issue, please do so. Many thanks.

You may need to update your device's video and/or camera drivers; also, make sure your Zoom app is also up-to-date.
