Hi. I'd like to add a second email address to receive the 'cloud recordings available' notifications. Can someone tell me how to do this please? Can't easily find it in Zoom settings. Thank you. Mark
Hello, Mark. I do not see a setting that allows a cloud-recording email to go to more than one email account. The workaround is to write a rule in Outlook to forward the email from Zoom automatically. If you are using Gmail, you will use a filter to do this. I hope this helps.
