New Zoom perpetual nuisance popup - how do I disable?

What is this new popup I am now seeing from zoom? It seems to be some kind of meeting control panel but I don't want it - it is a severe intrusive nuisance. It now floats on top of everything on my desktop once I start zoom. There are no controls on it and it is always in the front, there seems to be no way to make it go behind or to the tray or to kill it.

The only way I have found to get rid of it is to kill zoom in my taskbar which I do not want to do, I typically keep zoom running in my taskbar all the time.

How do I get rid of this nuisance?
