Need to set up 3rd party meetings where I am not participating

I have a Pro account. I would like to set up meetings for other people where I am not present at all (ie: I'm a third party admin- I don't want to have to sign in to these meetings between these other parties). It looks like I can add "basic" users to my account and set up meetings between those users, but they are limited to 40 minutes. If I upgrade to the business account, can the durations of those meetings be unlimited?

Do you plan on having concurrent meetings or one at a time?
