My participants have difficult to hear me

Since I did an update of the new version, all my participants have difficulties to hear me. The sound is always with faults, stops and comes back a lot of times. They also can't hear the music and my voice.

It looks like there is a bug in the latest version Zoom

Your not alone in this. Check out the Release information page as it will keep you updated with the fixes for known issues. That being said you can download the previous version if you have the program downloaded on your device. There is a windows program option to rollback if you subscribe to that application on your device. Hope this helps!
