I recorded a meeting to the Cloud. I can see 3 recordings in my Cloud for this meeting, but they are only a few seconds each, the full one hour recording is not listed. Any ideas on how to retrieve the full meeting or why it didn't save the full meeting?
I have the same issue. Tried to record during a SingFest .. .the first song recorded audio only - the video froze at the beginning. The second one recorded the same way but when I went back to check it out - IT'S MISSING !!! No audio no nothing !!! ... and I can't even CALL zoom to find out whats up. So why am I paying for this No Help issue.
