Meeting Invite

Previously I was able to make the d dial-in and zoom link info on the meeting invite appear at the top of the invite.   Now the dial-in and zoom link info appears at the bottom of the invitation and I cannot change it.  does anyone know how to change this so that the  dial-in and zoom link info automatically appears at the top, instead of manually copying and pasting the dial-in and zoom link info at the top of the invitaton?  thank you!

@Meritage ,

This is accessible on the advanced tab of the Admin page and branding but there are prerequisites in doing so. Aside from being admin/owner of the account, below are the prerequisites:

Prerequisites for customizing branding settings for your vanity URL

  • Business, Education, or API plan
  • Approved vanity URL that is compliant with our guidelines (for example, success.zoom.us)
  • Admin that is familiar with HTML/CSS

How to customize meeting invite email templates

You can also customize the meeting invite email templates at the account or group level.

Note: If you signed up for a new Zoom account after August 21, 2021; or the New Admin Experience is enabled on your account, the Group Management page has been renamed to Groups.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, access account or group settings:
  3. Click the Meeting tab.
  4. In the Invitation Email Branding section, click Edit on the email template you want to update. Learn more about the schedule meeting email template.
  5. Click Apply Changes then Done.
