Please let me ask you about the layout.
I understand that I can manage, gallery view, speaker's view and spotlight.
I am wondering what is the layout of the screenshot below. Is this speaker's view?
If so, how many participants are shown on the top (maximise), please?

Yes, that is Speaker view. I am not sure what the exact maximum number of videos that can be along the top, but it is likely 6-8.

In addition:
If you have a second monitor, you can use Zoom in dual window mode - which means you have have Gallery View in one window and Speaker View in a separate window. In this way, Gallery View can display up 24 or 48 participants - yet you can also see Active Speaker or spotlighted content separately and at the same time.
