The Body of the invite had one Zoom link with one passcode and the Location part of the meeting invite had a different Zoom link with another passcode. Why? How do I prevent this from happening again?

This looks like you generated a Zoom meeting in your outlook event by clicking on Add Zoom Meeting, which will generate the Zoom join URL in the description field, then it appears that you may have added the join link to the location field of the event manually. That is what this appears to look like to me.
