In joining meeting from Browser, "this meeting is for authorized attendees only."

My setting "Join meeting from browser" is ON.

MY PROBLEM:  When someone joins my meetings from a Browser, they are always getting a message "this meeting is for authorized attendees only." << No one can join the meeting from a browser.

Please help. Thank you.

Are any of the attendees logged into Zoom before launching the meeting?  If the meeting host as "Authentication required", attendees MUST be logged into Zoom before joining, regardless of whether from the Browser or the Zoom Client.

 

Please try again, ensuring that you are logged into Zoom prior to attempting to Join the meeting.
