Hello sir / mam , 

 

 

    I request to tell you that I don't want to use zoom this month so in cycle timing my balance was cut on 8th September and I don't want to subscribe this month so please help me for refund and cancel my credit care in zoom account 

  When I want will pay and use this zoom

Unfortunately, this is not a direct method of communications with the Zoom Billing team.
