I do not receive the verification code

I have been using zoom as a user (vs. an admin) from my laptop with no issues (my email is my user-id). 

I just downloaded the app on my iPhone and tried to logon to it. The app sends an email with a verification code to my email (which is teh same as my user-id) but I never receive an email with the code. And yes I checked my spam folder as well. Any suggestions as what I should do next will be greatly appreciated.

I have the same issue,
I created a new user, even that one does not receive a password reset email

I get the darn verification code but when I click on box one to enter the code in the app it doesn't bring up a keyboard.  There's no paste option and nothing in the email that sent the verification code.  Bloody frustrating... Please fix this Zoom!  I was just about to go pay for a plan, but if I can't use Zoom App on my Iphone or Ipad, what's the point?

If you're not receiving a verification code, it could be due to various reasons:

Incorrect Contact Information: Make sure you've entered the correct phone number or email address associated with your account.

Network Issues: Poor network connection can cause delays or prevent the delivery of verification codes. Check your network connection and try again.

Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes, verification emails can end up in the spam or junk folder of your email account. Check these folders to see if the email is there.
