I can't change my First Name, nor my Display Name, nor my Account Profile picture

When I try, a red message appears: "Something went wrong. Please refresh this page". Has someone else experienced this? I have refreshed it several times to no avail.

Hi Manuel3,

 

I would suggest trying to clear your web browser's cookies and cache then reattempting. If this is a corporate owned account they may have locked the ability for these changes to be made.
