the zoom support center keeps saying it's under account management in account settings but as you can see in the screenshot that's not their

Hi, @ZevFeitelson 

Is your Zoom account a basic plan?

If you are on a basic plan, you will not see your account settings.

 

I believe that Zoom support representatives assume that you are on a paid plan.
