How to Fix Audio Issues During Zoom Meetings?

Whenever I join a Zoom meeting on WhatsApp Plus, the Freecine app, and Zoroto app, I encounter various audio issues that disrupt the communication flow. These issues range from choppy or distorted sound to complete loss of audio altogether. I've tried adjusting the audio settings within Zoom, but the problems persist. I'm not sure if the issue is with my device's microphone or speakers, my internet connection, or the Zoom application itself. This is becoming increasingly frustrating, as it affects my ability to participate effectively in meetings and discussions.

Hello Abdullah,

There are several steps you can follow to troubleshoot your problem:

  1. Access Settings and Select Audio:

    • Ensure that "Automatically adjust microphone volume" is checked.
    • Check that "Zoom background noise removal" is set to High.
  2. Test Your Audio:

    • You can test your speaker and microphone within the Zoom application.
    • Sign in to the Zoom desktop client, click your profile picture, and then click Settings.
    • Click the Audio tab.
    • Under Speaker and Microphone, you can test your devices.
  3. Reinstall Zoom:

    • If none of the above solutions work, you might want to try reinstalling Zoom.
