How do I enlarge speaker picture

How do I control the size of speaker picture - and participants see the change? I wish to enlarge speaker pinned image

The speaker picture size is based on the resolution of the picture and how large the user's window is during the meeting.  There is no way to force a speaker picture to be larger on everyone's screens.
