The Motley Fool has almost 640 employees working across its offices in the United States and abroad, and its success relies on these employees working together closely to provide relevant and accurate stock analysis to various markets. Zoom had the pleasure of sitting down with Lawrence Morrisson, Head of IT, at The Motley Fool as he shared how their employees are embracing this remote culture and leveraging Zoom. 

“We're deeply rooted in collaboration, in strong relationships, in fun. You know the chat you get when you're waiting for the cappuccino to finish pouring in the coffee machine? That’s the stuff that you can't really plan for [when in office]; it just kind of happens. With virtual first, that's become a lot harder. So a challenge for all companies right now, and certainly one that I think about a lot is - how do we keep people connected and socializing?” - Lawrence Morrisson, Head of IT, at The Motley Fool
