We are looking to hide email addresses of our staff when sending invitations for Zoom Meetings. our clinicians do not want their email to show when they invite patients to join for telehealth. Any thoughts or suggestions? TY

Wouldn't have any Zoom-specific directions if going this route. The service email you make would serve just as an email tool separate from Zoom.
-The email would be used to copy meeting join info (made by personal Zoom accounts) to send to your attendees.
-This is a bit more of a manual process but would hide your team's personal email addresses

Hello @sblongy,
Will need a bit more info here. How are these invites or join links being sent?
-If they're being emailed, one workaround could be to mark a service account. Example: zoominvite @ telehealth . com
-This way invites can be sent and easily added to attendees' calendars without giving out personal email info.

Thank You, yes we are sending via email. Would a service account take a license? Would we need a service account for each staff sending invites?

-If the meeting is being hosted by the service account, it would only need a license if paid features were needed (meeting over 40 minutes as an example).
-Each staff would need an account like this unless you only used the service account purely as an email tool to send the join information. The meeting could be hosted by your staff's personal zoom accounts still.
If this answers your question, please accept as solution.

Are there instructions on how to do that? Use your personal account with the service account?
