Help! I recorded a Zoom meeting, but only audio files are showing up on the cloud.
Where are my video files? Why did no video files show up on the cloud?
I test-recorded from the same account, with the same settings, both before and after this meeting, and both recordings showed up as video (and audio) AND audio-only files on the cloud.,
So why does this hour-long meeting only have audio-only files on the cloud?!
Where is my video file?!
This is an urgent matter and I need an answer NOW.
