I'm hoping someone has the solution to this
I'm trying to share my ipad ( screen mirror) from my pc during a zoom call
I have installed all the latest updates
I have restarted both computers
Both devices are on the same wifi network
I select share screen.
I select ipad
on my ipad I select screen mirroring
the appropriate zoom meeting link shows
I tap it, and get the error message "unable to connect to Zoom - "
I have had my IT department look over my settings.
I have a colleauge using the same devices ( surface pro and ipad) on the same wifi network and she is able to screen mirror successfully
I have spent hours watching you tube clips and reading possible solutions and nothing to date has worked.
Any suggestions would be gratefully received
My name is Brandon. Thanks for joining the Zoom Community! This would have to be a configuration issue or setting on the PC since the Zoom app is attempting to screen mirror. I did find this link pertaining to this subject here https://www.laptopmag.com/articles/turn-windows-10-pc-into-wirelss-display so I am hopeful that this will assist you, but this would be an issue with the PC and not a Zoom issue.
