Our client success team has a reoccuring meeting with one of their clients and now they cant join the zoom meetings any longer. Everytime they attempt to join it states the following error message:
User: arn:aws:iam::787345941828:user/web_user is not authorized to perform: dynamodb:Query on resource: arn:aws:dynamodb:us-east-1:787345941828:table/us06_ZMWEB_MTG_TEMPLATE with an explicit deny in a service control policy (Service: AmazonDynamoDBv2; Status Code: 400; Error Code: AccessDeniedException; Request ID: 2S4P2BN8M5A97AR07B8K7CF7D3VV4KQNSO5AEMVJF66Q9ASUAAJG; Proxy: null)
Can someone please tell me what is causing this?
Hi @Norbu weclome to the community! It has been some time since you've posted your discussion within the community, I have to ask, are you still facing issues with Zoom and participants joining recurring meetings?
I've been seeing in past incidents, that this is a Zoom status incident; therefore, should most likely already be resolved according to https://status.zoom.us/
