Failed to Detect Speaker error and Microphone on New macboook Pro 14inch 2021

Hi,

I have new macbook pro and migrated all files from my old macbook . I updated zoom to latest 64bit for mac silicon.

 

The audio system on my mac keeps crashing.

I have to kill the coreaduio process via the activity app to get zoom working again (or any audio)


Any ideas,. I've spoken with apple and zoom tech support with out much luck.

Hey @amaranatho, I see that rebooting your Mac has helped. Could you try uninstalling Zoom and resinatlling Zoom from https://zoom.us/download? Also, ensure you're up-to-date as well!

Thanks, I have updated zoom. I will update my os now and see if that helps
