Hi everyone,
I have an Intel Evo laptop with an ARC Graphics Card, and I have been experiencing some freezing and crashing issues while doing meetings on Zoom. Specifically, when I try to screen share during a meeting, my laptop freezes and crashes. This has been happening consistently for the past few weeks and I'm not sure what's causing the issue.
I have tried troubleshooting the issue by updating my graphics card driver and making sure all the Windows updates are installed, but the issue persists. I have also tried running Zoom in compatibility mode, but that didn't seem to make any difference.
I suspect that the issue might be related to the ARC Graphics Card, but I'm not entirely sure. Has anyone else faced a similar issue with the Intel Evo laptop and ARC [https://www.lenovo.com/sg/en/faqs/intel/intel-graphics]
Graphics Card when using Zoom? If so, I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions on how to resolve this issue.
I rely heavily on Zoom for work and it's becoming increasingly frustrating to deal with these constant freezes and crashes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance!

Restart your computer. If your screen still freezes or Zoom still crashes after a restart, check if the camera works in a Mac app, such as Photo Booth or Facetime. If it works elsewhere, uninstall the Zoom client and reinstall the latest version from our Download Center.

We had this same issue but mostly with sharing PowerPoint. I found another atricle that talked about disabling hardware acceleration. I did this in PowerPoint but I also see the option with the Zoom client.

Hi @judywatson ! Are you still having this issue? If so, it might be a compatibility issue.
I would recommend checking out this article from our Zoom knowledge base that was recently updated: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/14000196278541
