Enabling simultaneous translation

Hi  everybody, I will organize a Zoom meeting with Australian people: How can I set the translation from English to Italian? In the settings I can’t find this option, nor on my phone or iPad. Maybe on a PC? I have an IMac and a MacBook. Thank you

To answer your question, you will have to purchase the webinar add-on from the Account Management->Billing tab.

Thanks, I’m trying to set the ‘interpretation’, but I can’t see this item in the page ‘Scheduling a meeting’, nor I can find the ‘globe’ image on the line below the images of participants, during the meeting. Where am I wrong?

@Frankie46 Do you meet the prerequisites to have this feature on for your account?

  • Business, Education, or Enterprise account; or a Pro account with the Zoom Webinar add-on plan

I have the PRO license up to 100 participants. Is it enabled to the Interpretation/translation? May I have the Zoom Webinar add-plan? How? Thank you.
