Edited meeting description does not show in waiting room


Thank you, in advance, for your help, fellow Zoomers.

I have edited my meeting description in Account Management/Account Settings, and saved the changes, but they do not show up in the waiting room screen. i have tried to log out and log in again, but to no avail.

I noticed that you mentioned editing the waiting room settings on Zoom. To clarify, there are two different settings that you can modify depending on your needs.


Firstly, if you made changes to the waiting room settings through the link, those changes apply to the entire Zoom account. This means that the settings you adjust there will affect all users, regardless of whether their settings are locked or not. In other words, it's a global setting for the entire account.


On the other hand, if you modified the waiting room settings through the link, those changes specifically apply to your personal account settings. These settings will be in effect for all your scheduled meetings where the waiting room feature is enabled. It's a more personalized setting that affects your own account.
