Double-Booked for the same meeting

PAN33
Listener

Hello,

I accidentally created two meetings for the same time, but I only sent an invite from one of the meetings. Is there a way to tell which meeting an invitation was sent from so that I can delete the empty meeting? Is there a way to view invitees before the meeting is scheduled to start?

Cheers

Hi, @PAN33,

Zoom doesn't know to whom you might have sent meeting invitations.  if you use any of the integration add-ons like the Zoom-Outlook integration, that information - who you sent the invitation to - is contained in your Email's Sent folder, most likely.  I'd check there for the invitation to the meeting, or possibly look in the calendar invite in your Outlook or other calendar, and see there.

To determine which meeting you should cancel, make a note of the Meeting ID.  If the Meeting ID is not separately listed, look at the Join URL, and it is the long number after the /j/ in the Join URL.  That is the meeting you want to keep; delete the other one.
