Does end-to-end encryption apply to all types of content, including text, files, & screen sharing?

The support page regarding end-to-end encryption (E2EE) wasn't very specific. It says with E2EE enabled, the keys are with the participants and not with the Zoom server.  The page seems to imply this for audio and video content. But does this apply also to text chat, files uploaded, screen sharing, and whiteboard?

I ask because not all internet meeting services that provide E2EE covers all content. For example, MS Teams E2EE only applies to video, audio, and screen sharing, but not text and files.

Also, does E2EE work for team chat?
