Distortion of video at times. The members tell me to turn off my video

Once the week of 1/15/23 and twice the week of 1/22/23 my video was distorted why.  I was using a desktop each time.  Everyone could hear me but there were colored lines moving up and down.  I had to turn off my video.  How can I fix this?

Our meeting participants have had the same issue between Jan 19 and 26 . When their video is turned on, we see a "psychedelic" band across the top of their screen, and sometimes they freeze or shake. It looks like a disco... The participants reinstalled their Zoom app, but this hasn't resolved the issue.

Same problem here sometimes with multiple participants having the same psychedelic horror picture in place of their normal appearance. Sometimes distorted video will intermittently  intersperse pictures of other participants. Ready to lose my mind as the meeting
