Deleting old recurring meetings

Len_Daniel

I need help removing a few recurring meetings that show up on the Zoom iOS app but do not appear on my desktop or web apps. How can I remove them?

I need notifications for the other meetings, but these old ones pop up. I am not granted a delete button even though I made/set those meetings. And they only appear on my iOS devices, so I cannot find them on the web app to delete.

Hi @Len_Daniel

this sounds like your have planed the recurring meetings in you iOS calendar. Have a look at the dates in the device/iCloud calendar and delete them there.

For details, have a look at the support page for the calendar sync:

https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115005506303-Syncing-calendars-on-the-Zoom-app-for-iOS

If this is not the solution, it's maybe the calendar connection with a google/exchange calendar with the reccuring meeting:

https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360000488243-Using-calendar-and-contacts-integration

I hope this helped.

Spot on! Thank you so much!

So I have been using a separate calendar app to manage all the Google accounts from various projects. Not an Apple cal fan, so I totally overlooked that. Many thanks!!
