Consolidating 2 Meeting accounts

I just paid for a License and wanted to apply that to a business email.  I had already signed up for a free Basic account on my personal email.  Now I have my new work email set up as a Basic account, and home email that was previously a Basic account now set up as the Licensed account.  How can I switch those or just delete the home email account and switch my License to the work email?

Hi Samessinger,

This can be a bit tricky so I suggest opening a support ticket.   The Support team can be easily reached via the Resources button on the top right of the Community page.

It says my account doesn't permit a Support Ticket. It says to come here. Now what?

I have 2 accounts.

1 is active and I pay the basic rate

2 is free, and I need it's email address. I need the email addresses to be swapped, and get rid of the other one.

What should I do?

Hi Jamie,

You can get Support for the paid account.  If you want to change your email address for the free account, you can try logging into your account and go to Account Settings > Account Profile > Change Owner.  See if that works.
