Connection deteriorates during meeting and sometimes get disconnected

Hello,

I use free version of Zoom. Recently when I join meeting (I am not the host, host is quite far away on another continent), at first everything goes normally, but after some time my connection is apparently worse. The other participants cannot hear what I say (I hear them) and suggest my connection is very bad.  We tried turning off my camera, sometime it helps but sometimes not. I contacted my internet provider but has been unable to achieve significant improvement. Usually after about half an hour my connection begins to be a problem. Any suggestions what I can do before changing my internet provider ? Or maybe, with my free Zoom account, meetings have any time limit that I should be aware of ? But it happens within 1 hour  time limit for meeting scheduled by the host.
