Hi there,

I have license for Conference Room Connector with 2 ports and my account is pro, licensed users.

 

When I start webinar meeting, I can't invite a SIP/H.323 room system to my meeting.

I can't find (Room System) tab when I click invite button in Participants sidebar, so I cant Dial In or Call Out.

 

Also, when I send invitation to someone by email to trying to join to my meeting, the SIP and H.323 information included in the invitation, BUT he can't join and see this message: "Reached maximum number of ports".

 

Any help please..
