I have a cloud recordings of yesterday meeting but I haven't bought the Pro plan so I can't access it. I purchased the proplan today but still can't accesss to the recording 😞

Can someone help me plsssss

Hi. 

I am sorry to say that you are unable to make cloud recordings if you aren't on the pro plan. If you aren't on the pro plan yet, then how did you create your cloud recording?

Hi @trangtran22 

 

If you recorded a meeting on a Free account, this would have been a local recording. Check your local Recording tab in your Zoom Settings on your computer, and Open your Recordings folder. Maybe it will be there.

 

If you were attending someone else's meeting and you started a Cloud recording, the recording may have gone to the Host's account.
