I know that error code 13215 means Chinese users have to upgrade their accounts to join the meeting.
But I have 4 zoom accounts, and 2 of them don't have this issue, Chinese users could join our meeting without upgrading or registering the zoom account, but for the other 2 zoom accounts, Chinese users couldn't join meetings without registering an account.
So my question is why there's difference between?
I purchased a zoom pro account in June, 2023 and it worked well for 2 months. However, all my chinese family/friends could not join meetings at all from the month of August. However, the same group of people can join in other paid accounts that my frirends have. I tried to contact the tech support and I was told that Chinese users have to upgrade to licensed account in order to join meetings. It is so frustrating and I cannot believe what I was told.
I wonder whether your 4 zoom accounts are paid or free. I got a paid account with zoom pro, people still cannot join from China. It is ridiculous. However, the same group of people can join meetings with other paid account that my friends hold. I don't understand why it happens like this.
