Capital letters not appearing in the sign in window for Zoom

The sign in window for Zoom will not show capital letters in the username space or the password space. My keyboard is working perfectly as shown in this post. However, in the Zoom sign in area, I can't log in because it keeps changing my uppercase letters to lowercase. I had to sign in via Google.

 

Has this happened to anyone else? I use an Apple - MacOS BigSur.

I guess that username is being recognized with the same letters both uppercase and lowercase. Have you ever log in with the same username?
