Hi @Patrick3 , thank you for your contribution to the Zoom Community 🙂. I see that it has been a while since you initially posted, I am sorry that you have not yet received a response! In order to be recognized as the host of the meeting and have recording permissions, you'll want to make sure to sign-in on the Zoom Desktop app or the Zoom Web Portal using the host email address before joining the meeting.
