Can't record meetings to Cloud

I have a licensed account through my company and usually record meetings, however I'm now getting the message:  Important Notice. Cloud recording has been disabled. Please contact your account admin for more information.

 

I've spoken to my admin and they're not sure what the issue could be. I thought it may have been storage related but I've deleted the recordings on the account and am still getting the error message. Any advice would be appreciated! Image of what I'm seeing is attached

Click the Meeting tab and then click Recording. Find the Cloud Recording option and verify that the setting is enabled. The toggle should appear like this. If the setting is disabled then click the toggle

Hi Diana, Thanks for the suggestion. I checked this and can still see the same error message?
