Hi @patrickmoore194, it's been some time since you've posted this discussion, and was wondering if you were still having any issues? Was this recording local or a cloud recording? IF the recording was local did the conversion process complete and the folder containing the recording files open?
Were there separate files? By default, the recording files are formatted a certain way. The audio/video file (MP4) will be named video[random number].mp4. If you have this are you able to open and confirm there's no sound? The audio-only file (M4A) is named audio[random number].m4a -- you can use this if available as a workaround.
