Can someone help? This keeps happening. Why does it mute me when I share my screen?

Under participants, it says I'm not muted. However, in the lower-left side of the screen, it shows the microphone (greyed out and with a red line through it) and underneath it says "unmute". I can't click it. What should I do?

Hello AMM_0225 - I just want to make sure that I understand this correctly. So before you do a screen share, do your audio and audio controls work perfectly? Additionally, what version of the Zoom Application are you running?
