Camera freezing zoom and not responding

Ever since i got the update on 8/30, my Zoom has not been working. Every time I open it, it freezes and does not respond. I got another update on 9/10 and it did not resolve the issue. I have restarted my computer, installed and uninstalled Zoom, checked that my camera works with other apps, made sure that all my drivers are uptodate, etc. Yet every time I open zoom it has a black screen and then says "not responding." Any suggestions? I have meetings scheduled next week and need it to work ASAP.

Hey @aleyp58, can you please share the version you're currently running in Zoom? Also, if you checkout Video freezing since recent update , you may have Hardware Acceleration checked for Sending or Receiving video. Try unchecking all options to see if that helps.

Hey @aleyp58, just following up with my response! Were you able to discover the version of Zoom you were currently running? As well as the Accepted solution for the Video freezing since recent update post? 😄
