Blank meeting screen with Zoom

When ever a user of mine clicks on "schedule" on the Zoom app she gets a screen that says loading, then after a bit she gets a blank screen. I've uninstalled with third party tools, i've installed the full version and the web version but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

I realize this is an old post but here goes...

 

I have solved this issue by uninstalling the "Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime".

 

Give that a try.
