Audio tracks record in Zoom Cloud export for some reason are exporting as an mp4 instead of m4a/mp3.

I record a podcast through Zoom, and we have it set to export to sections tracks. That seems to be working well, except for some reason it's exporting all of the audio into mp4 format (video), instead of exporting our separate audio tracks as m4a or mp3.

How can we change the settings so it exports audio format? We are downloading the tracks individually from the Audio section of the Zoom website.

I've never seen it do this. There are no settings in the web portal recording settings to configure this behavior. I've just done a test of downloading existing recordings, and creating a new recording in the cloud, and then downloading both the video and audio files. The videos came down as .mp4, and the audio came down as .m4a files.
