Attendee Trouble Logging Into Meetings

I am the admin for a nonprofit that hosts a lot of free meetings for families whose children have special needs. I am getting feedback from attendees saying that they are having trouble logging in. Many are not authenticated Zoom users, I do not require that in my settings. Sorry, I don't have any info on the type of device they are using, their brower, or error messages beyond one person telling me that when they tried to sign into a meeting, using their attendee link, they were prompted to register.

 

Does anyone have any thoughts on what could be happening?

Also if some of them don't have the Zoom app or unable to install it you can try to see if this would work for them by having them join via the browser. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115005666383
